Teacher by day, baker by night! 

I am a multitasking, fraction teaching, fondant rolling, buttercream making NINJA!

(Can you image fitting all of that on a resume?)

Baking has always been at the forefront of who I am. From a very young age you could catch me in the kitchen. However, teaching has always been my passion. I have been teaching an amazing group of special needs students for over a year now. I still loved to bake and loved creating not only beautiful cakes, but tasteful ones as well. I have taught myself all that I know through amazing bloggers and YouTube tutorials. As I started to become more confidant in my skills, my family members began requesting my cakes for their special events. As time went on, their friends, and their friends-of-friends began requesting it as well! One piece of feedback I kept hearing was that my cakes actually looked AND tasted good! People were shocked that underneath the fondant was a moist and tasteful cake. They had noticed a trend of beautiful cakes that they could tell were frozen, not tasteful or not fresh. No one should have to compromise between a beautiful cake and a tasteful one! With that, the Cooper Cake House was born!

So here at CCH-- you can have your beautiful cake and it can taste good too!

I know every cake has a special meaning to each of our customers and I strive to create the perfect cake for your special event that you will remember for years to come. Everything we create is fresh, made to order, with only the most natural ingredients. We only accept a limited number of orders per week in order to ensure that each cake gets the individual attention it deserves. We never have to bake in advance or freeze our cakes!

 

We currently do not have a store front, but I know that our delicious custom creations come with a homemade touch feeling that we all love! Taste testing is available. Please contact for more information.
